The produce department is 100% organic, with every item marked with the farm name and location where it was grown. The meat, fish, and poultry counter focuses on sustainable sourcing, and the specialty section carries a well-curated selection of local honey, olive oil, jams, artisan cheeses, and wine and beer from local producers. The bulk section is one of the best around, with over 700 items, including grains, nuts, flours, spices, oils, and more. You can buy exactly what you need without the waste.
