Inspired by the classic east coast bodega but elevated with fine dining technique and Seattle sensibility, Mainstay Provisions is an all-day café and specialty market with two locations in Seattle's Ballard and Denny Triangle neighborhoods. Created by a chef and a couple of busy Seattleites who wanted great food at corner store prices, it's the kind of place that feels like it was made for people who actually cook and eat well.
