Concord Food Co-op is a full-service natural grocery with fresh produce sourced from local New Hampshire farms, a meat and poultry counter carrying free-range, antibiotic-free, and hormone-free options, and a cheese and dairy section with local favorites alongside imported varieties. The bakery turns out fresh cookies, scones, pastries, and tarts daily using only natural ingredients, with vegetarian, vegan, and flourless options available. The cafe and deli offers a hot bar, soups, grab-and-go salads and sandwiches, and a Boar's Head deli counter for premium meats and cheeses. There is also a dedicated sushi counter with fresh rolls made daily, including vegan options and custom rolls on request. The bulk section is a highlight, with grains, flours, nuts, granola, dried fruits, coffee, and cold brew and kombucha on tap.

Every product on the shelves meets the co-op's strict quality standards, including a banned ingredients list of more than 150 items, so if it is on the shelf, it has been vetted.
